Our White Tree House is a cozy and comfortable accommodation equipped with a library, making it an ideal place for the whole family.
Located near the Express Bus Terminal in the heart of Gwangju, the house also offers easy walking access to the baseball stadium along the nearby Gwangju Stream.
The House is in the city center, yet allows you to enjoy both the rustic charm of the countryside and the vibrant atmosphere of the city.
It is especially well-suited for family travelers.

This cozy home is perfect for families.
It is located in the heart of Gwangju, very close to the Express Bus Terminal and Shinsegae Department Store, right next to Gwangcheon Elementary School.
From the alley in front of the house, you can reach the Gwangju Stream, which offers an easy walking path to the baseball stadium.

Our home features a library space with over 4,000 English books.
If you would like to spend time relaxing with books, this is the perfect place for you.

As a standalone house, it is equipped with a total of three double-size beds, making it ideal for family travelers (recommended 3 guests, up to 6 maximum).

Note: All beds are double-size. They may feel small for two male adults. We recommend one male adult or two female adults (or 2children) per bed.

Guest Policies

Pets are not allowed due to allergies and facility management.

Please refrain from cooking seafood, meat, or fried foods inside the house.

Only registered guests may enter the property. No outside visitors allowed.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. The use of candles, fireworks, or personal fire-related items is strictly forbidden.

Guests are responsible for their own belongings; the host is not liable for lost items.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of property.

No additional towels, bedding, or chairs will be provided.
(Provided: 12 towels, 3 beds, 3 duvets, 6 pillows, 6 chairs)

The host cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise from not checking this information, so please ensure you read carefully before booking.

Our home, with its collection of 4,000 books, is an excellent place for peaceful rest and reflection.
We will also be arranging an outdoor garden soon, making it an even more perfect space for relaxation and contemplation.

Check-in and Check-out Process
All check-ins and check-outs are conducted in a non-face-to-face manner.
We offer accommodation services that provide a private space just like your own home.
Please note that hotel-style services are not provided.
(Cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out; no cleaning is provided during the stay.)

Occupancy and Amenities
There is no additional charge per guest.
Basic bedding, towels, toiletries, and chairs are provided according to the maximum occupancy of the accommodation.
(If additional items are requested, we may verify whether the request exceeds the maximum occupancy. We kindly ask for your understanding due to past misuse. – If detected, an additional fee of 60,000 KRW will be charged per excess person.)

Additional Items
Requests for additional supplies beyond what is initially provided cannot be accommodated.
(An additional fee of KRW 30,000 will be charged for a full replacement of bedding and towels.)

For laundry needs, we recommend using the washing machine and dryer provided in the accommodation.
For guests who are sensitive to shower amenities (such as shampoo, towels, etc.), we recommend using personal items.

Our accommodation is designed for contactless and quiet check-in and check-out.
(We aim for minimal interaction and communication — the less, the better.)

This is a cozy space for rest and relaxation.

If an urgent matter arises that requires contacting the host, please reach out through the booking platform. As the host’s family lives nearby, we will provide guidance as soon as we are able to check your message. (Please note that responses may be delayed.)

We kindly ask that you refrain from making personal phone calls or sending text messages.

Responses to inquiries may take considerable time. (As we are raising children,) we sincerely ask for your understanding.

As the house is located in an alley, please refer to the parking information video link sent via message if parking is required.

No additional bedding or chairs will be provided.

If you leave a review comment, you will be entered into a draw at the end of the month to receive a small gift (coupon).
