Our Rose Brick House is a spacious and comfortable accommodation equipped with a library, making it perfect for the whole family.
Located in the heart of Gwangju, it’s only a 5-min walk from Bus Terminal, nearby E-Mart, and Subway Station. From the Station, you can easily access Sangmu District and the Asia Culture Center.
The house is situated on the 2nd floor of a residence and is especially well-suited for family travelers.

It’s a perfect space for a big family.
It is located right in the centre of the GwangJu.
It’s very close to GJ Express Bus terminal and Nongseong Metro stop (5mins away on foot) which you can have very easy access to cities around Gwangju and other places in the city.

The accomodation has a big library space with about 8000 books.
If you like to read and relax, it is a perfect place to rest and relax.

With 4 king size beds, the space can accomdate upto 8 people (Appropriate number: 4 people).

Our property houses a collection of 8,000 books, making it an ideal place for peaceful rest and reflection.

Additionally, we are planning to create an outdoor garden soon, which will further enhance the space as a perfect environment for contemplation.

Check-in and Check-out Process
All check-ins and check-outs are conducted in a non-face-to-face manner.
We offer accommodation services that provide a private space just like your own home.
Please note that hotel-style services are not provided.
(Cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out; no cleaning is provided during the stay.)

Occupancy and Amenities
There is no additional charge per guest.
Basic bedding, towels, toiletries, and chairs are provided according to the maximum occupancy of the accommodation.
(If additional items are requested, we may verify whether the request exceeds the maximum occupancy. We kindly ask for your understanding due to past misuse. – If detected, an additional fee of 60,000 KRW will be charged per excess person.)

Additional Items
Requests for additional supplies beyond what is initially provided cannot be accommodated.
(An additional fee of KRW 30,000 will be charged for a full replacement of bedding and towels.)

For laundry needs, we recommend using the washing machine and dryer provided in the accommodation.
For guests who are sensitive to shower amenities (such as shampoo, towels, etc.), we recommend using personal items.

Our accommodation is designed for contactless and quiet check-in and check-out.
(We aim for minimal interaction and communication — the less, the better.)

This is a cozy space intended for rest and relaxation.

If an urgent matter arises that requires contacting the host, please note that the host’s family resides on the first floor. You may inform us directly on the first floor, or contact us through booking platform. We will provide guidance as soon as we are able to check your message. (Please be aware that responses may be delayed.)

We kindly ask that you refrain from personal calls or text messages whenever possible.

Please note that responses to inquiries may be significantly delayed. (As we are raising children,) we sincerely ask for your understanding.

As the house is located in an alley, please refer to the parking information video link sent via message if parking is required.

No additional bedding or chairs will be provided.
